مفهومی سازی روابط فضایی و تحلیل الگوهای مکانی پروانه های صادره ساختمانی در محدوده قانونی- خدماتی شهرها

چکیده: بررسی روابط مکانی داده های محیطی به عنوان یکی از مهم ترین اهداف آمار فضایی برای تحلیل الگوهای فضایی و درک وابستگی های فضایی به حساب می آید. توجه به عدم استقلال مشاهدات و وابسته بودن آن ها به یکدیگر در فضای مورد مطالعه و استفاده مستقیم از فضا، محیط، همسایگی، جهت گیری و روابط فضایی در محاسبات سبب برتری یافتن این روش نسبت به آمار کلاسیک شده است. موقعیت مکانی پروانه های صادره ساختمانی در سال 1398 در محدوده شهرداری منطقه دو به عنوان داده اصلی این تحقیق مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. نوع پروانه در گروهای احداث بنا، تجدیدبنا، توسعه بنا، تمدید مهلت پروانه، تغییر کاربری، تعمیرات جزئی و اساسی و اصلاحیه پروانه دسته بندی شده و موقعیت مکانی مجموع 697 پروانه صادره ساختمانی به عنوان داده خام در وسعت محدوده محللات مطالعه شده اند. جهت تحلیل الگوهای موقعیت های مکانی پروانه های صادره ساختمانی از سیستم محله بندی شهر شیراز که توسط معاونت برنامه ریزی و توسعه سرمایه انسانی شهرداری شیراز تهیه شده بود استفاده و محدوده شهرداری منطقه دو به 31 محله تقسیم بندی گردیده است. در نتیجه این تحقیق مشخص گردید در برخی محلات توزیع داده ها بصورت یکپارچه با فراوانی بیشتر و در برخی محلات با توزیع کم روبرو بوده است. در تحلیل کلاستربندی موقعیت مکانی پروانه ها در سال 1398 مقدار P-value بسیار کوچک و نزدیک به صفر و مقدار Z محاسبه شده منفی و همچنین مقدار آماره G صفر محاسبه گردید که نشان دهنده الگوی توزیع نرمال پروانه ها در سطح محلات بوده است.

Abstract: The study of spatial relationships of environmental data is considered as one of the most important goals of spatial statistics to analyze spatial patterns and understand spatial dependencies. Attention to the lack of independence of observations and their interdependence in the studied space and direct use of space, environment, neighborhood, orientation and spatial relationships in the calculations has made this method superior to classical statistics. The location of building permits issued in 1398 in the municipality of Region 2 has been studied as the main data of this research. The type of license is classified into groups of construction, reconstruction, building development, license extension, land use change, minor and major repairs and license modification, and the total location of 697 issued building permits has been studied as raw data in the area of settlements. In order to analyze the spatial position patterns of the issued building permits, the neighborhood system of Shiraz city, which was prepared by the Deputy of Planning and Human Capital Development of Shiraz Municipality, was used and the municipal area of Region 2 was divided into 31 neighborhoods. As a result of this research, it was found that in some areas, data distribution as a whole has been more frequent and in some areas with less distribution. In the cluster analysis of the location of the butterflies in 1398, the P-value was very small and close to zero and the value of Z was calculated negatively and also the value of G statistic was zero, which indicates the pattern of normal distribution of butterflies in the neighborhoods.
