بازآفرینی فرهنگ مبنای مراکز شهری با تاکید بر احیای عناصر تاریخی و ایجاد فضاهای هویتمند؛ مطالعه موردی: مرکز شهر تکاب

چکیده:در سال‌های اخیر بازآفرینی فرهنگ مبنا به عنوان راهکاری نوین توانسته با بهبود توسعه ویژگی‌های منحصربه‌فرد مکان، پاسخگوی از دست رفتن معانی مکان‌ها و تفاوت‌ها و تمایزات، به شکل‌گیری تصویری دوباره و قوی‌تر از قبل و تا حد ممکن منحصربه‌فرد، برای برون‌رفت از مشکلات موجود در مراکز شهری و بافت‌های با ارزش تاریخی کمک ‌نماید. در این پژوهش نیز سعی شده است تا جایگاه بازآفرینی فرهنگ مبنا در امر کیفیت بخشی به محدوده تاریخی و فرهنگی شهر تکاب شناسایی گردد و متناسب با آن به ارائه راهکارهای طراحی در این مکان اقدام شود.

روش تحقیق این مطالعه، بصورت توصیفی-تحلیلی می‌باشد. گردآوری داده‌ها بر اساس شیوه‌های میدانی و کتابخانه‌ای بوده و ابزارهای لازم برای این امر شامل: مطالعه کتب، مقالات، اسناد و طرح‌های توسعه شهری، مصاحبه ژرف‌کاوانه با اهالی، پرسشنامه و مشاهده بوده و برای نظرخواهی از کارشناسان و بومی‌سازی معیارهای مربوطه، تکنیک دلفی به کار برده شده است. در ادامه به منظور تدقیق معیارها و انتخاب سیاست‌های مناسب از تکنیک سوات نیز بهره گرفته شده است. در پایان اطلاعات به دست آمده دسته‌بندی و توسط نرم‌افزارهای آماری همچون SPSS مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفته‌اند. بر اساس نتایج بدست آمده به ارائه چارچوب طراحی شهری و راهنمای طراحی شهری مبتنی بر بازآفرینی فرهنگ مبنا در محدوده مورد نظر اقدام گردیده است.

Abstract: Urban spaces are one of the main elements of urban space construction, which, with the history of a nation in different periods, are created and transformed. Meanwhile the center of the city and especially the center of historical cities, are consist of strategic importance, Since it is the representation of the culture and cultural characteristics of the people of that city, which is physical substantiate throughout history. Therefore, in recent years,the regeneration of the basis culture has been considered as a new solution to emerging present problems in urban centers and urban, with improving the development of unique features of place such as historical and cultural values, using architectural heritage and providing a platform for accepting cultural events and culture - based activities to form a stronger and stronger image than before and as unique as possible. In this thesis, we have tried to identify the position of the regeneration of the based culture in order to be identified as the historical and cultural range of the city of Takab and be tailored to the provision of design solutions in this place.
The research method of this study is descriptive - analytic. data collection is based on the field and library methods and required tools for this, include: study of different sources (books, articles, theses and documents), documents and urban development plans, interviews with residents and interviews with pundits, questionnaires and observation. Since the implementation and adaptation of the final cultural regeneration model in the regeneration of the central and historical context of Takab city was not easily possible, so it was done to measure this from a survey technique of relevant experts and localization of relevant criteria with the Delphi technique. In this regard, the questionnaire includes the expert questions in the delphi method. In the next step, we use the techniques of the SWOT technique and exploratory factor analysis to study criteria and choose appropriate policies. In the end, the obtained data after classification have been analyzed by statistical software such as Spss. Based on the results, urban design framework and urban design guide based on recreation of the baseline culture have been presented and finally three-dimensional designs have been introduced in the area.
