عوامل کیفیت بخشی در فضاهای جمعی مجموعه های مسکونی و تاثیر آن بر رضایتمندی ساکنین(مطالعه موردی: مجموعه مسکونی شهرک نفت اهواز)

چکیده: با توجه به رشد شتابان شهرنشینی در چند دهه اخیر به خصوص در کلانشهرها شهروندان بسیاری امروزه در مجموعه های مسکونی سکونت دارند. با توجه به اهمیت محیط زندگی در سکونت در آرامش فردی و رشد شخصیتی انسان، این مجموعه های سکونتی باید از شرایط مطلوب و مناسبی برای سکونت برخودار باشند تا رضایت ساکنین را برآورده سازند. پژوهش پیش رو با هدف بررسی عوامل کیفیت بخش مجموعه های مسکونی موثر بر رضایتمندی ساکنین صورت گرفته است. در این پژوهش که به صورت توصیفی – تحلیلی و با استفاده از منابع کتابخانه ای انجام پذیرفته است برای تحلیل نتایج از آزمون های آماری در نرم افزار SPSS استفاده شده است. از آزمون T تک نمونه ای برای سنجش میزان رضایت از سکونت در مجوعه شهرک نفت اهواز و از رگرسیون خطی چندگانه برای بررسی عوامل تاثیرگذار بر آن بهره برده شده است. بر اساس نتایج بدست آمده مبلمان فضاهای باز و سبز مجتمع، وجود فضای ورزش و تفریح مناسب و همچنین غنای حسی محیط مسکونی از مهمترین شاخص های اثرگذار بر رضایتمندی ساکنین بوده است.

Abstract: Due to the rapid growth of urbanization in recent decades, especially in big cities, many citizens live in residential complexes. Considering the importance of the living environment in residence in personal peace and human personality development, these residential complexes must have favorable and suitable conditions for living in order to satisfy the residents. The upcoming research has been carried out with the aim of investigating the quality factors of residential complexes affecting the satisfaction of the residents. In this research, which was carried out in a descriptive-analytical way and using library sources, statistical tests in SPSS software were used to analyze the results. The one-sample T-test was used to measure the level of satisfaction with living in Ahvaz oil settlement and multiple linear regression was used to investigate the influencing factors. Based on the results obtained, the furniture of the open and green spaces of the complex, the existence of suitable sports and recreation space, as well as the sensory richness of the residential environment, have been among the most important indicators affecting the satisfaction of the residents.
