ارائه الگوی مکان‌یابی فضاهای آموزشی (مورد پژوهی: مدارس دخترانه متوسطه دوم)

چکیده: انتخاب مکان مناسب برای احداث کاربری آموزشی به دلیل اثرات متعددش بر عملکرد آن، از اهمیت زیادی برخوردار است که باید در فرآیند برنامه‌ریزی شهری مورد توجه قرار گیرد. با توجه به اینکه، اصولاً انتخاب مکان برای کاربری آموزشی با کمک سیستم‌های جغرافیایی با استفاده از GIS یا مدل‌های اولویت‌بندی نظیر AHP، انجام می‌شود، کاربری اراضی در طرح‌های تفصیلی مشخص می‌شود؛ اما کلان‌نگری این طرح‌ها، موجب می‌شود تا نیاز به روش‌های مکان‌یابی برای انتخاب مکان مناسب‌تر برای احداث مدارس، به وجود آید. با توجه به اینکه عوامل مختلفی در مکان‌یابی مدارس حائز اهمیت است، باید اهمیت این عوامل و تأثیر آن‌ها در مکان‌یابی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گیرد. پژوهش حاضر، با هدف ارائه‌ یک الگو برای گزینش چند سایت با کاربری آموزشی (مدرسه) و تعیین ضریب اهمیت هر یک از عوامل مؤثر در آن است تا با کمک آن، بتوان سایت مناسب‌تر را برگزید. در این پژوهش، از روش تحقیق توصیفی- تحلیلی با رویکرد کاربردی و کیفی- کمی بهره برده شده‌ است. روش گردآوری اطلاعات، مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی با کمک مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای و ابزار پرسشنامه بوده‌ است. ابتدا مبانی نظری مرتبط با موضوع، بررسی و پس از مشخص شدن و دسته‌بندی عوامل تأثیرگذار در مکان‌یابی مدارس، پرسشنامه‌ای محقق ساخته تنظیم شده است. پرسشنامه توسط 68 متخصص این حوزه و همچنین والدین دانش‌آموزان تکمیل شده و تحلیل پرسشنامه‌ها توسط نرم‌افزار EXCEL صورت گرفته است. شایان ذکر است که روایی پرسشنامه از طریق روش دلفی انجام شده است. نتایج مشخص کرده است که چه عواملی از بیش‌ترین و کم‌ترین ضرایب اهمیت در مکان‌یابی برخوردار بوده‌اند. گفتنی است که مدل طراحی شده در این پژوهش، می‌تواند در گزینش چند سایت برای یک کاربری، کمک بزرگی به طراحان، معماران و دست‌اندرکاران سازمان نوسازی و بهسازی مدارس نماید.

Abstract: Choosing the right place to build an educational facility is very important because of its many effects on its performance, which should be considered in the urban planning process. Due to the fact that the selection of the place for the design of the educational function is usually done using geographic systems using GIS or prioritization models such as AHP, land function is specified in detailed plans; ; But the macro view of these plans causes the need for location methods to choose a more suitable place to build schools. The purpose of this research is to provide a model for selecting several sites with educational use (school) and to determine the importance of each of the effective factors in it, so that with its help, the most suitable site can be selected. In this research, descriptive-analytical research method with applied and qualitative-quantitative approach has been used. The method of collecting information was library and field studies with the help of library studies and questionnaire tools. First, the theoretical foundations related to the subject were examined, and after identifying and categorizing the influential factors in locating schools, a researcher-made questionnaire was prepared. The questionnaire was completed by 68 experts in this field as well as the students' parents and the questionnaires were analyzed by EXCEL software. It is worth mentioning that the validity of the questionnaire was done through the Delphi method. The results have determined which factors have the highest and lowest coefficients of importance in locating. It should be mentioned that the model designed in this research can be of great help to the designers, architects and those involved in the school renovation and improvement organization in selecting several sites for one user.
